Short-Term Faculty Directed Education Abroad Programs

Missouri State full-time tenure-track or non-tenure track faculty members may apply to lead a short-term education abroad program. Per-course instructors may apply as co-directors with a Missouri State full-time tenure-track or non-tenure track faculty who has primary fiscal responsibility for the program.

 

Proposal Process & Deadlines

Program proposals and budget worksheets are now submitted through Dynamic Forms:

The proposal submission deadlines are:

For programs departing between September 1 and November 30
Proposal Deadline: November 30

For programs departing between December 1 and January 31
Proposal Deadline: March 31

For programs departing between February 1 and August 31
Proposal Deadline: July 31

Participation at the Education Abroad Fair on September 16, 2026 is first come, first served, so consider submitting your proposal early. The Education Abroad Fair is an excellent recruitment opportunity!
